Here are the rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7.3.5. Message Origination to Section Manager<\/strong>: 100 bonus points for origination of a formal message to the ARRL Section Manager or Section Emergency Coordinator by your group from its site. You should include the club name, number of participants, Field Day location, and number of ARES operators involved with your station. <strong>The message must be transmitted during the Field Day period and a copy of it must be included in <\/strong><strong>your submission in standard ARRL radiogram<\/strong><strong> or no credit will be given. The message must leave or enter the Field Day operation via amateur radio RF.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Section Manager message is separate from the messages handled in Rule 7.3.6. and may not be claimed for bonus points under that rule. Available to all Classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Winlink has a built in Radiogram template that makes this quite easy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Start a new message<\/li><li>Click \u201cSelect Template\u201d<\/li><li>Expand \u201cStandard Templates\u201d<\/li><li>Expand \u201cRADIOGRAM &amp; RRI FORMS\u201d<\/li><li>Double click \u201cRagiogram.txt\u201d<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This should open a form\/template in a new window in your internet browser that you can fill out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The message can be sent to Pat Malan, SM, n7pat@arrl.org, or Rick Meade, SEC w7vqrm@gmail.com, and\/or by selecting <strong>\u201c&gt;&gt;&gt; NOW CLICK HERE and select a Liaison Station &lt;&lt;&lt;<\/strong>\u201d and selecting \u201cRRI-Region 12\u201d it should pass it to the NTS Traffic net.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make sure you click the \u201dSubmit\u201d button and this will send the text back to your Winlink program.
